


Esteemed awards give the Salzburg family enterprise Voglauer Möbelwerk Gschwandtner & Zwilling GmbH & Co KG a reason to swell with pride yet again.
The internationally active Salzburg company was honoured with the "Hidden Champion 3.0" Award at a ceremony on 24.06.2014.
The award was presented to Mr. Toni Gschwandtner (shareholder and member of the supervisory board) by the president of the WKÖ [Wirtschaftskammer Österreich (Austrian Economic Chambers)], Dr. Christoph Leitl.
Voglauer was awarded the honour for its outstanding achievements and merits in the Austrian export business in the area of furniture manufacturing. Voglauer’s export ratio is around 80%. Mr. Gschwandtner expressed his thanks for this award on behalf of all shareholders and employees, who stand for and are pivotal to the success of the company. Hidden Champions are exemplary companies that show how to capture new markets and use their potential on a global scale.
Furthermore, the company’s "Voglauer Akademy" was nominated for the State Award KnewLEDGE 2014. This award is presented by the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy for outstanding performance of companies in the area of human resources and organisational development. The award was accepted by the Managing Director of Voglauer, Mr. Peter Grünwald, at a grand event in Vienna.
