Owing to their wealth of experience and positive cooperation with the investor in recent years, Voglauer hotel concept was commissioned for the interior renovation. This involved furnishing 108 rooms in the “3* Superior Martin’s Louvain-La-Neuve” and 102 rooms including kitchens in “Martin’s All Suites” in the 4* hotel area to a high-quality and modern standard.
Voglauer hotel concept blew away the competition with a perfect performance in the construction of the prototype room. The Austrian company guarantees the efficient and punctual implementation of a project, and this forms the very core of their philosophy. The Voglauer Experience Centre is a valuable tool in helping to ensure a perfect result. This location offers a unique opportunity to create clear concepts through the use of comprehensive material and know-how libraries and exhibits. Modern production lines enable the completion of large orders in a short time. Industrial production is not in any way inconsistent with achieving high-quality, detailed workmanship.
Thanks to an atmospheric lighting concept and the combination of wood, natural materials and leather, the rooms exude a cosy atmosphere. Paying plenty of attention to detail and with a distinct style, the modern architecture was combined with high-quality materials in a puristic design.

More and more cities are banning the use of private vehicles within the respective metropolitan areas. Agora Resort is therefore also an example of a car-free zone. This posed a logistical challenge when it came to furnishing the rooms. Voglauer hotel concept rose to this challenge skillfully and using their many years of experience.
