The renovation of Austria’s largest hotel, the Hilton Vienna Park, was completed in a joint venture with List smart results GmbH in July within a period of just over a year. As the general contractor, VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was responsible for all the construction services and built-in furniture of 663 rooms and suites as well as corridors.

Both the scale of the project and the central location of the hotel required exceptional construction site logistics. Perfectly coordinated project management and the best optimisation of processes made it possible to carry out the renovation work without interrupting hotel operations, as well as the “Grand Finale” during the Covid-19 pandemic, while maintaining strict security measures.

Basically, three different types of hotel rooms, whose timeless interior design is a tribute to classicism, were fitted out. The built-in furniture was realized with light and dark veneered oak.
