All renovation work was done diligently, carefully and very professionally. The schedule we provided was not always easy but it was not only accepted but also adhered to without fail. Daily business with our guests was always respected. We would like to give the team a very big thank you!
This contract included the renovation of 35 rooms, 5 suites and the L’Atelier, as well as replacing the carpets in the Grand Hall. VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was hired as general contractor for the completion of the interior. Challenges included the different floor plans related to the pre-World War II construction, as well as the stucco ceilings in the suites. The completion of the project had to be done while the hotel was operating with a minimum level of noise. The time frame was extremely tight due to the upcoming jazz festival, but the deadline was met with complete reliability.
