VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was commissioned as general contractor for the renovation of a total of 43 rooms divided into two construction phases at the Hotel Gstaaderhof**** in idyllic Gstaad. In addition to the design and implementation planning, the range of services included all renovation work and coordination of the trades.
The planning of the interior was based entirely on the hotel’s values of “cordiality, quality, cosiness”. Since the feel-good factor was the top priority, a warm, harmonious room atmosphere, created especially by indirect lighting, was combined with contemporary design. Four different room types, which refer to distinctive places in the surroundings, were developed in different colour concepts. The closeness to nature is also underlined in particular by the high-quality materials, such as the spruce wood of the furniture.
The project was completed within 8-10 weeks per phase, from construction site set-up to handing over the keys of the renovated rooms. VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT once again honoured its motto “Everything from a single source”!
