VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was commissioned as general contractor with the renovation of 14 rooms, corridors, staircase, lounge and fitness room in the hotel …mein Neubergerhof****. In addition to the design and implementation planning, the range of services included the renovation work and the coordination of all trades.
VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT’s interior designers were inspired by the picturesque nature of the Dachstein region and Alpine architecture. Dark red accents – based on the hotel’s corporate design – harmonise with the warm earth tones. A special feature of the interior design is the silhouette of the surrounding mountains embroidered on the headboard.
The realisation, with all the renovation work, including the replacement of the balcony doors and windows, was carried out within only two months and in full compliance with all deadlines and budget guidelines. The clients were completely enthusiastic about the performance of the general contractor: From the pre-project phase with all the coordination and visualisations to the handling of the construction site on-site – “everything from a single source”.
