The innovative business hotel MY HOME | MY HOTEL***s in Rosenheim combines the advantages of a hotel with those of a boarding house and thus combines two hotel concepts under one roof. Due to its long and successful cooperation with the operator, VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was entrusted with the planning and interior fitting of the new building. This building comprises 69 rooms, 24 apartments as well as all public areas such as reception and lounge, restaurant and breakfast area, bars, terraces, seminar rooms, offices and staff lounge.
The whole interior was designed to match the unique facade. Modern industrial style in Maya gold and black is a common theme throughout the hotel. The style is expressed through the use of metallic elements of all kinds in combination with furniture surfaces in wood look and gold finishes adorned with elegant velour fabrics, which help to optimise the acoustics.
Atmospheric lighting, such as the impressive hanging lights and RGB LED lights in the Roof Top Bar, give the interior design its distinctive character. Further special features include the large digital prints and relief panels on the bar front as well as a metal chain curtain, which provides an innovative and atmospheric layout to the space.
The range of services at MY HOME | MY HOTEL***s in Rosenheim included the design and implementation planning as well as the interior fitting of the hotel. This included all joinery work, seating furniture and various accessories as well as the bar’s dispensing system.
This was not the first time that VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was commissioned by the operator of the MY HOME | MY HOTEL*** in Rosenheim. In particular, the operator values the competence shown from planning to completion and the compliance with deadline. The MY HOME in Olching, Squareville in Freiham and JOYN Munich Olympic, now with a new operator, can therefore also be counted among these references.
