The 238-bed JOYN Munich Olympic boarding house is a renovated office building near BMW Welt and Olympic Park Munich. VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT gave these sleek apartments modern interiors in shades of grey with stainless steel accents and indirect lighting. Functional kitchen furniture and appliances round out the concept and create an atmosphere that invites you to leave your workday at the door. Public areas with a trendy bar invite residents to network, and work well with the newly-equipped seminar rooms. Thanks to the efficient logistics plan, 20 apartments were flawlessly finished and handed over each week.
