VOGLAUER HOTEL CONCEPT was responsible for the renovation of a total of 85 rooms & bathrooms, corridors, reception as well as other parts of the public areas in the 3-star superior conference hotel Kloster Seeon in two construction phases as general contractor for interior finishing. In addition to the implementation planning, the range of services included the coordination of all trades as well as the interior fittings.
The cultural and educational centre of the district of Upper Bavaria is a former Benedictine monastery, which is based on a thousand years of history and therefore its renovation required extreme sensitivity: Each room is completely individual and was accordingly furnished uniquely. Simple, straightforward design paired with maximum functionality and high-quality warm materials characterise the furniture and interior fittings, which were sustainably produced by VOGLAUER.
The experienced project management team was able to ensure a smooth process during the entire renovation period of nine and a half months and handed over the turnkey rooms on time or, in some cases, even ahead of schedule. The general contractor fulfilled its motto of “everything from a single source” to highest degree on the Seeon monastery island and was thus able to convince the district of Upper Bavaria!
