VOGLAUER undertakes to protect data against unauthorised access in accordance with the data protection laws currently in effect. All data is transmitted in encrypted form with a secure server. We use a secure area (SSL) for contact forms and for all requests (e.g. our folders, exhibition tickets, information material etc.). All information is sent in encrypted form. None of your details are directly visible as would be the case with an email. Only our server and your PC/Mac have the necessary key. VOGLAUER therefore only stores and processes data in strict accordance with currently applicable data protection law.

2.3. No direct personal data is detected automatically by the VOGLAUER website. That means: the only way you give VOGLAUER this data is by actively entering your name, address etc.

VOGLAUER stores and processes the following personal data when you visit our websites:
This website uses Matomo, a web analysis service. Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Matomo server and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Matomo within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Matomo server and truncated there. We only transfer your data to third parties to the extent necessary to fulfil these tasks, for example to our logistics partners to deliver your order. The data passed on to the third parties will be used by them exclusively to fulfil their obligations in carrying out the contract.

Your data will only be stored in personal form as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or until the expiry of any guarantee, warranty, statute of limitations and statutory retention periods, unless otherwise stipulated in these data protection provisions.
